ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 -SECTION 23

ESTABLISHMENT OF ZEBRA PEDESTRIAN CROSSING A4117 HIGH STREET, CLEOBURY MORTIMER

Notice is hereby given that Shropshire Council, in exercise of their powers under Section 23 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police, proposes to establish a Zebra Crossing as follows:

Zebra crossing on A4117 High Street, Cleobury Mortimer at a point approximately 93m west of the junction with Tenbury Road, and approx. 87m east of the junction with Vaughan Road.

A plan illustrating the proposals may be inspected, free of charge, during normal office hours at The Shirehall, Abbey Foregate, Shrewsbury, or at the Cleobury Mortimer Library, Cleobury Country Centre, Love Lane, Cleobury Mortimer.

Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this proposal should do so in writing to the Highways Dept, The Shirehall, Abbey Foregate, Shrewsbury SY2 6ND, or by e-mail to traffic. engineering@shropshire.gov.uk by 25 October 2018.
