Port Navas Yacht Club Ltd give notice that we have applied to Cornwall Council as Licensing Authority for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Port Navas Yacht Club Quay Road Port Navas Falmouth TR11 5RJ
The application is to authorise the sale of alcohol and the provision of films and indoor sporting events 10:00 - 23:00 Monday to Sunday
An interested party or responsible authority wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to Licensing Team West Cornwall Council Dolcoath Avenue Camborne TR14 8SX not later than 22 October 2018 A copy of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority's address Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) during normal office hours. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5,000
