Notice is given that Wyke Regis Social Club, 5 Chamberlaine Road, Wyke Regis, Weymouth DT4 9EX has applied to Weymouth and Portland Borough Council for a variation of a club licence in respect of Wyke Regis Social Club for the provision of alcohol generally between the hours of 12:00-24:00hrs on Good Fridays & Sundays immediately before Bank Holiday Mondays, and 10:00-24:00hrs on Bank Holiday Mondays.
Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations in writing to, The Licensing Section, Weymouth and Portland Borough Council, South Walks House, South Walks Road, Dorchester, Dorset, DT1 1UZ within 28 days from the date of this notice. The licensing register and details of this application may be inspected during normal office hours at the above address.
It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale (£5000).
