Notice is herby given that any person having a claim against or an interest in the estate of Mary Elizabeth Miller, late of 26 Moorview Road, Skipton, BD23 2SB, who died on the 12 day of September 2018, and whose will was proved in the Leeds District Probate Registry on the 20th day of September 2018, by Christopher Charles Jackson one of the Executors named in the said will is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his claim or interest to the undersigned, the solicitors for the said Executor on or before the 12th day of December 2018, after which date the Executor will proceed to distribute the assets of the said deceased amongst the persons entitled thereto having regards only to the claims and imterests of which he sall then have had notice.
