PUBLIC NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF PREMISES LICENCE

Application has today been made to the council for the above licence/ certificate by Kevin M Stodart of Fluetz and Fizz, Regal Buildings, Keighley Road, Skipton, BD23 2LT for an additional hour until 2.00am Monday to Sunday in relation to Retail Sale of Alcohol, Regulated Entertainment and Late Night Refreshment also an additional hour in relation to Sale of Alcohol, Regulated Entertainment and Late Night Refreshment on the day that British Summertime Begins. Interested parties and responsible autorities may make representations regarding the application where they believe that the prosoped activities would undermine any of the four objectives. Any representations must be submitted in writting to the Licensing Manager, 1 Belle Vue Square, Broughton Road, Skipton, BD23 1FJ by 2 November 2018. Any person wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address during normal office hours. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and on summary conviction would be liable to a fine not exceeding £5,000.
