To Whom It May Concern: We, The Glan Conwy Sports Association do hereby give notice that we have applied to the Licensing Authority (Conwy County Borough Council) for the grant of our Premises Licence at The Sports Pavilion and Grounds at Pendraw ‘r Llan, Cae Ffwt, Glan Conwy, LL28 5SP known as The Sports Pavilion. The application is to: - * Provision of Plays on/off the premises, Provision of Indoor Sports, Provision of Boxing or Wrestling on/off the premises, Provision of Live Music on/off the premises, Provision of Dance on/off the premises, Anything of a Similar description to live/recorded music on/off the premises. Monday to Sunday-08:00-23:00, Outdoor Music to end at 23:00. * Provision of Films, Provision of Recorded Music on/off the premises Sunday to Thursday 8:00-00:00, Friday & Saturday 08:00-02:00, Outdoor Music to end 23:00. * Late Night Refreshments on/off the premises Monday to Sunday 08:00-00:00. *Supply of Alcohol On/Off the premise, Hours Open to the Public Monday to Sunday 08:00-2:00. Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to the Head of Licensing Services, Civic Offices, Colwyn Bay, LL29 8AR not later than 28 days after the date of this notice (as below). Representations received after this date will not be considered. A copy of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority’s address during normal office hours. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5,000.
