I Mr Ze He have applied to The City of York Council for a variation of a premises licence for the provison of- Extended the existing licence to include the new soundproof karoake booths. Extend existing licensing times to 02.00am Monday- Sunday at 61 Lawrence Street, York, YO10 3BW. Any person or responsible authorities wishing to oppose the application must give notice in writing to: To Licensing Section Hazel Court, EcoDepot, James Street, York, YO10 3DS where the application may be inspected during normal office hours Monday- Friday between 8.30am and 5.00pm. Representations must be received by no later than 1 November 2018. It is an offence, liable on conviction to a fine up to level 5 on the standard scale (£5,000), under section 158 of the licensing act 2003 to make a false statement in or in connection with this application.
