Description of Proposed Development

Planning permission is being applied for the Winning and Working of Hard Rock as Extension to Existing Quarry (part retrospective).

Location of Proposed Development

Markle Mains Quarry, East Lothian is 2.5 km west of the village of East Linton.

Location of Information

Site plans and draft environmental statement are available to be viewed at East Linton Library / School.

Date and Place of Public Event

The open day will be Tuesday the 16th of October 2018 at the Community Hall, East Linton; 3.30pm to 7.00pm.

Comments by the Public to the Applicant

Following the public event the public have 21 days to make representation to the Applicant's Consultants.
