SOMERSET COUNTY COUNCIL DISTRICT OF SEDGEMOOR PARISH OF OTTERHAMPTON Temporary Closure of Footpath BW 5/4 TAKE NOTICE that in pursuance of Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984, as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991, the County Council of Somerset has made an Order PROHIBITING ALL TRAFFIC from proceeding along a 60 metre section of footpath BW 5/4 situated to the north west and south east of Tuckett's Clyce. This is due to the potential risk of danger to the public whilst repair works are undertaken at Tuckett's Clyce. The Order became effective on 4* October 2018 and will remain in force for six months but the section of footpath is only likely to be closed for 10 weeks.
