PUBLIC NOTICE LICENSING ACT 2003
I Stephen Bradford do hereby give notice that I have applied to the Licensing Authority (Conwy County Borough Council) for the grant of our Premises Licence Certificate 38 Lloyd Street Llandudno LL302YG, known as The Cadnant Guest House. The Application is to sell alcohol Monday to Sunday, between 08:00 - 23:00 and for a 24-hour license available to guest staying overnight in The Cadnant Guest House. Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to the Head of Licensing Services, Civic Offices, Colwyn Bay, LL298AR not later then 28 days after the date of this notice. Representations received after the date will not be considered. A copy of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority’s address during normal office hours. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5,000.
