Notice is hereby given that on 21 September 2018 a petition was presented to Glasgow Sheriff Court by AMT Vehicle Solutions Limited, (Registered Number 07224137), a company incorporated under the Companies Acts and having its registered office at AMT House, 174 Armley Road, Leeds, LS12 2QH, craving the court inter alia to order that MRM Couriers Ltd (Registered Number SC541862) a company incorporated under the Companies Acts and having its registered office at 34 5/2 West George Street, Glasgow G2 1DA, be wound up by the Court and to appoint a liquidator. All parties claiming an interest must lodge Answers with Glasgow Sheriff Court, Sheriff Clerk's Office, PO Box 23, 1 Carlton Place, Glasgow, G5 9DA within 8 days of intimation, service and advertisement if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted.
