NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT: Sushi Love Ltd has applied to Hertsmere Borough council on the 11 September 2018 for a new grant of premises license to use on the premises known as Hudsons Brasserie, 17- 21 Shenley Road, Borehamwood, WD6 1AD for the provision of the sale of alcohol: Monday- Sunday 12pm - 11pm on such other terms and conditions as set out in the application papers. Anyone wishing to oppose this application must give notice in wiling by the 20th of October 2018 to: The Licensing Officer, Hertsmere Borough Council, Civic Offices, Elstree way, Borehamwood, Herts. WD61WA WITHIN 28 DAYS OF THE DATE OF THIS NOTICE, Specifying the grounds of opposition. Records of the application may be inspected by appointment only and are kept by the licensing officer at the address above. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. To do so could result in prosecution and a fine not exceeding Level 5 on the standard scale.
