ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 LANCASHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL (BRANCH ROAD, INTACK LANE, LONG MEADOW, WOODFOLD CLOSE AND BOSBURN DRIVE, MELLOR

BROOK, RIBBLE VALLEY AND SOUTH RIBBLE BOROUGHS) (WEIGHT RESTRICTION) ORDER 2018

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on 26 September 2018 Lancashire County Council made the above Traffic Regulation Order under Sections 1, 2 and 4 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, the effect of which will be to introduce a 7.5 tonnes weight restriction (except access) in the following lengths of road for their entire length:

a. Branch Road, Mellor Brook;



b. Intack Lane, Mellor Brook;



c. Long Meadow, Mellor Brook;



d. Woodfold Close, Mellor Brook;



e. Bosburn Drive, Mellor Brook.



This Order will come into force on the 01 October 2018. A copy of the Order, and all other relevant documents may be inspected during normal office hours at the offices of Ribble Valley Borough Council, Council Offices, Church Walk, Clitheroe, Lancashire, BB7 2RA, of South Ribble Borough Council, Civic Centre, West Paddock, Leyland, Lancashire, PR25 1DH and at the offices of the Director of Corporate Services, Lancashire County Council, Christ Church Precinct, County Hall, Preston, Lancashire, PR1 8XJ quoting ref: LSG4/894.8012/ML2. Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or of any of its provisions on the grounds that it or they are not within the powers conferred by the Act, or that any requirement of the Act or of any instrument made under the Act has not been complied with, that person may, within 6 weeks from the date on which the order is made, apply for the purpose to the High Court.
