APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE

An application has been made by DS Bar Group Limited to the Licensing Authority for Monmouthshire for the grant of a Premises Licence for Una Vita at 14 Nelson Street, Chepstow, NP16 5HJ.

The application includes proposals to sell alcohol by retail and to provide regulated entertainment.

Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so in writing to The Licensing Section, Monmouthshire County Council, Abergavenny Community Education Centre, Old Hereford Road, Abergavenny, NP7 6EL. Representations may be made within twenty-eight consecutive days from the date of this notice.

A copy of the application is kept by the Licensing Section. It can be viewed Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm and Friday 9am to 4.30pm except bank holidays at the Councils Hubs/County Hall, Usk by prior arrangement in writing to the address above. A copy of the application is also available to view on line www.monmouthshire.
gov.uk

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
