To whom it may concern: I, David Guinn do hereby give notice that I have applied to the Licensing Authority (Conwy County Borough Council) for the grant of a Premises Licence at 3, Victoria Buildings, Mostyn Avenue, Craig Y Don, Llandudno, Conwy, LL30 1YU. The application is to: *Supply alcohol on and off the premises: Mon 12.00 - 21.00, Tues - Wed 12.00 - 22.00 Thurs - Sat 12.00 - 23.00, Sun 12.00 - 22.00 *Provision of recorded music indoors: Mon 12.00 - 21.00, Tues - Wed 12.00 - 22.00 Thurs - Sat 12.00 - 23.00, Sun 12.00 - 22.00 *Seasonal variation: Christmas Eve 12.00 - 23.00, New Year’s Eve 12.00 - 23.59, New Year’s Day 00.00 - 01.00 Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to the Head of Licensing Services, Civic Offices, Colwyn Bay, LL29 8AR not later than 28 days after the date of this notice. Representations after this date will not be considered. A copy of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority’s address during normal office hours. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5,000.
