NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF PREMISES LICENCE

UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003.

Amber Taverns Ltd applied to Bolton Metropolitan Borough Council for Variation of the Premises Licence in force for Madisons Lounge, Unit 4, Nelson Square, Bolton BL1 1JT. Namely to alter the structure of the premises in accordance with the plans submitted, To alter the hours for the sale and consumption of alcohol and the provision of regulated entertainment Monday to Sunday 10:00 until 03:00, to alter the hours for the provision of late night refreshment Monday to Sunday 23:00 until 03:00, to allow for none standard timings and to remove all the conditions consistent with the operating schedule to be replace with the operating schedule submitted to the council

Representations should be made in writing to The Licensing Team, Bolton Metropolitan Borough Council, Ground Floor, Town Hall, Victoria Square Bolton BL1 1RU by the 10th day of October 2018. Details of the above application maybe inspected at the Council's address given above during the Councils normal office hours, details of which may be obtained from the council, www.bolton.gov.uk It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which carries a person is liable on conviction for this offence is an unlimited fine.
