PURSUANT to the Trustee Act 1925 Section 27 NOTICE IS GIVEN that all creditors and others having any claims against or claiming to be beneficially interested in the Estate of Ian Strachan Hughes, retired teacher, late of 25 Olliver Road, Richmond, North Yorkshire, DL10 5QA who died on 3rd day of June 2018 and whose Will was proved in the Newcastle-upon-Tyne District Probate Registry on the 4th day of September 2018 by Alan Meehan and James Blenkiron, the Executors named in it (“the Executors”) are required to send particulars to the undersigned solicitors on or before 26th day of November 2018, after which the Executors will proceed to distribute the assets of the deceased among the persons entitled to them having regard only to the claims of which they have had notice and shall not be liable for the assets of the deceased or any part of them so distributed to any person or persons of whose claims or demands they then have not had notice.
