Notice is hereby given pursuant to s 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that any person having a claim against or an interest in the estate of Freda Olive Hockley of 3 Windy Ridge, Beaminster, Dorset DT8 3SP who died on 7th January 2015 and whose Will appointed Jacqueline Hayden and Michael Hayden Executors thereof are required to send particulars in writingoftheirclaimsorinteresttothe above c/o 3 Windy Ridge, Beaminster, Dorset DT8 3SP by Friday 2nd October 2015 after which date the Executors will distribute the Estate amongst the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interests of which they have had notice.
