1 give notice that Cemex UK Operations is applying to North Yorkshire County Council for planning permission for the new access and haul road, erection of a single storey workshop and lubrication store (238 external sq. metres), double stacked site office (48 external sq. metres),



2 single storey welfare units (total 72 external sq. metres), weighbridge and weighbridge office (36 external sq. metres), 2 fuel tanks, bicycle rack, car parking area and hardstanding. Members of the public may view the application, the plans, and other documents submitted with the application at Richmondshire District Council, Mercury House, Station House, Richmond, North Yorkshire, during all reasonable hours until 05/10/18. Please note that this may require a prior appointment. You are advised to check with the Council before making your visit.
