Wiltshire Council is applying for the variation of a Premises Licence for City Hall, Malthouse Lane, Salisbury, SP2 7TU The Licence, if granted, is to enable the following activities to take place: Alterations to existing plans to include an additional bar servery position to include Sale by Retail of Alcohol, timings to mirror existing licence, and to remove the existing PEL terms, conditions and restrictions. Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so by writing to Wiltshire Council, Licensing Section, Wiltshire Council, Monkton Park, Chippenham, Wiltshire, SN151ER Representation may be made up to 28 days from the date of this Notice.

A Copy of the application for the grant of the above licence is kept by Wiltshire Council, Licensing Section, Wiltshire Council, Monkton Park, Chippenham, Wiltshire, SN151 ER The application can be viewed by prior appointment. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a Level 5 fine on the standard scale. Dated 11th September 2018.
