Licensing Act 2003 - Public Notice

Application for the grant of a premises licence

Worcester Golf and Country Club has applied to Worcester City Council for the grant of a premises licence in respect of Worcester Golf and Country Club, Bransford Road, Worcester, WR2 4EZ. The application seeks to authorise the sale by retail of alcohol, regulated entertainment and late night refreshment between 10:00 and 01:00 hours each day. No regulated entertainment will take place outside of the club buildings after 23:30 on any day.

Representations about the application by responsible authorities or other persons should be made in writing to the Licensing Department, Worcestershire Regulatory Services, Wyre Forest House, Finepoint Way, Kidderminster, DY11 7WF or via email to wrsenquiries@worcsregservices.gov.uk. Representations must be made no later than 12th October 2018.

Under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, it is an offence liable on conviction to a fine of up to level 5 on the standard scale, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application.
