Herefordshire Council Notice of Making

The County of Herefordshire District Council, known as Herefordshire Council, made the HEREFORDSHIRE COUNCIL PUBLIC FOOTPATH HO3, HOLMER (TEMPORARY CLOSURE) ORDER 2018 temporarily closing the said footpath from OS Grid Reference SO 5059, 4245 to SO 5075, 4253. The closure is required while construction work is carried out. The alternative route is via Coldwell Road, Church Way and the A49 footway.

A copy of the order and plan may be seen on the Council's website on www.herefordshire.gov.uk The Order came into force on 24 September 2018 for a period not exceeding six months (unless extended by the Secretary of State) or until any said works have been completed, (whichever is the earlier), or until determined by Herefordshire Council.
