The proposed licensable activities are: The supply of alcohol for consumption both ON and OFF the premises. The sale of alcohol by retail Monday - Thursday from 11:00 to 23:30 Friday - Saturday from 11:00 to 00:30 Sundays from 11:00 to 23:00 Regulated entertainment - Recorded Music (Indoors and Outdoors) Monday - Thursday from 07:00 to 00.00 Friday - Saturday from 07:00 to 01.00 Sundays from 07:00 to 23:00 The application can be inspected at the Licensing Unit, Wesley House, Corporation Street, St Helens WA10 1HF anytime Monday to Friday between the hours of 9:30hrs and 16:30hrs. Any representations must be made in writing to the Licensing Manager, Wesley House, Corporation Street, St Helens WA10 1HF or by email to generallicensing@sthelens.gov.uk By 9th October 2018. It is an offence to make a false statement in relation to an application, the maximum fine being £5,000.
