Notice of application for a new Premises License / Variation of Premises, License The University of Essex Students Union of the Mini Store, Colchester, Have applied to Colchester Borough Council for a new Premises License. This application is for a Premises license for a new convenience store called the Mini Store to sell alcohol off the premises between the hours of 08:00 till 23:00 from Monday to Sunday each week. Representation to this application must be made in writing by 3rd October 2018 to Colchester Borough council Licensing authority at Licensing team PO box 889, Town hall Colchester, CO1 1FL. The register of licensing applications can be inspected between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday. It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is £5000.
