FACTORY HILL, HORWICH TEMPORARY CLOSURE

THE BOROUGH COUNCIL OF BOLTON ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 S.14 THE BOLTON (FACTORY HILL, HORWICH) (TEMPORARY CLOSURE) (NO.120) ORDER 2018

The Council Intends to make an order not less than seven days from this date, the effect of which, being operative from 8 October 2018, will be to prohibit all vehicular traffic from proceeding on Factory Hill, from 85m north of Bridge Street to Old Rake. Alternative route will be via Foxholes Rd, Marklands Rd, Georges Lane. The order is necessary due to electricity works which will last for approximately 5 days and will cease to have effect 18 months from its operative date or on completion of the works whichever first occurs.
