Notice is hereby given that I, Mr Hanifi Sakli, have applied to the Durham County Council in respect of the premises known as 191 FRONT STREET CHESTER LE STREET DH3 3AX for a New Premises Licence to permit the following proposed licensable activities: Sale of Alcohol Monday to Sunday 11:00 – 23:00 on and off the premises Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve/New Year’s Day 23:00 – 02:00 Bank Holidays 23:00 – 00:30. The full application can be inspected at the offices of the Licensing Authority, Annand House, St Johns Road, Meadowfield, Durham. A Responsible Authority or Other Party under the Licensing Act 2003 can make representations/objections to these applications. Representations must be made in writing to: Durham County Council, PO Box 617, Durham. DH1 9HZ by 05 October 2018. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5,000.
