TEST VALLEY BOROUGH COUNCIL LICENSING ACT 2003 - Public Notice

Danielle Rolfe is applying for the variation of a Premises Licence for Penton Park, Penton Mewsey, Andover, Hampshire, SP11 ORD

If granted the application will allow the following licensable activities to take place:

sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises

The intention to make any variation to the premises licence is to:

Permit the sale of alcohol Monday to Saturday 9am to 6pm

A copy of the application for the grant of the above licence is kept by the Licensing Authority at the above address. The application can be viewed during normal office hours. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and a person guilty of an offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.
