ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 -SECTION 14 (1) Temporary Road Closure Amyand Park Road, Twickenham

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate essential works at St Margarets Station, they have made a Temporary Traffic Order to restrict traffic in Amyand Park Road, Twickenham.
2. Whilst the works take place,
(a) no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in Amyand Park Road between its junctions with St Margarets Road and Beaconsfield Road;
(b) no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to wait or stand in Amyand Park Road between its junctions with St Margarets Road and Bridle Lane.
3. An alternative route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Beaconsfield Road and St Margarets Road. Access to Bridle Lane will be maintained from the south-western end of Amyand Park Road.
4. The order will come into effect on 29 September 2018.
The restrictions will be in force from 00.01 on 29 September 2018 until 02.00 on 1 October 2018 and again from 00.01 on 13 October 2018 until 02.00 on 15 October 2018. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
5. Nothing in this Notice will apply to:
(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works;
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or
(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.
6. The prohibitions will apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.
7. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Notice may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 -SECTION 14 (1) Temporary Parking Suspension Kew Green, Kew
(Reference 18/183)
1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate the installation of equipment to Kew Gardens and maintain access to Ferry Lane for large vehicles, they intend to make a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a temporary prohibition of traffic in Kew Green, Kew.
2. Whilst the works take place, no person may permit a vehicle to wait or stand in the 2 parking places sited on Kew Green on the south-east side immediately to the east of Ferry Lane and the 2 parking places sited on Kew Green on the south-east side immediately to the west of Ferry Lane. These restrictions shall operate at all times throughout the week
3. This Notice will come into effect on 24 September 2018. The suspension will be in force at all times from 24 September 2018 until 9 October 2018. The restrictions will be in force at such times and to such an extent as indicated by traffic signs.
4. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.
5. Nothing in the Notice applies to:
(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works or any public service or utility vehicle;
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or
(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.
6. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by this Notice may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 -SECTION 14 (1) Temporary Footpath Closure Public Right of Way No 236 Linking Kneller Road and Whitton Dene (Reference 18/182)
1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate various improvement works they have made a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a footpath closure of PRW 236 which links Kneller Road with Whitton Dene.
2. Whilst the works take place, no person may proceed in that length of PRW 236 which links Kneller Road and Whitton Dene. The works will be carried out in 2 phases.
3. Whilst the closure is in effect, a signed alternative route for pedestrians will be available via adjacent streets.
4. The order will come into effect on 17 September 2018. The works are anticipated to be in progress from
17 September 2018 until 20 September 2018. The second phase of works will be undertaken sometime during March 2019 The provisions of the order will be in force at all times where relevant signs are placed. The order will remain in force for a period of 6 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
5. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.
