In relation to the Licensing Act 2003 Section 34, notice is hereby given that Colchester Zoo has applied in respect of the Maldon Road, Colchester CO3 0SL, for a variation to the Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for: - To increase the licensable area outside of Penguini’s Restaurant to include ‘The Veg Box’, terrace and stage area- To serve alcohol from 10.00am on Sundays (as opposed to the current 12.00) Representations to this application must be made in writing, by 30th September 2018 to the Licensing Authority, Colchester Borough Council, PO Box 889, Rowan House, 33 Sheepen Road, Colchester, CO3 3WG. The register of licensing applications can be inspected between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday at the offices of Colchester Borough Council, 33 Sheepen Road Colchester or online http://www.colchester.gov.uk/licensingregister It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is £5000.00
