An application has been made by Kim Gilbert for a Premises Licence in respect of premises
known as and situated at Hook Home & Garden Centre Ltd, Unit 9, Reading Road, Hook, Hants, RG27 9DB
The application contains a statement of the following relevant licensable activities proposed to be carried on or from the premises: For the sale & the consumption of alcohol on the premises as well as the sale of packaged alcohol for consumption off the premises
A record of the application may be inspected at the offices of Hart District Council (the relevant licensing authority) at the Civic Offices, Harlington Way, Fleet Hampshire GU51 4AE during normal office hours.
Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations to the Licensing Section at Hart District Council provided that these are written and received before October 4th 2018
Please note that it is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and that the maximum fine on summary conviction is currently £5000.
