PROPOSALS:
THREE SEPARATE DEVELOPMENTS WITH INDIVIDUAL APPLICATIONS ARE PROPOSED :-
1. RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT COMPRISING 18 DWELLINGS, NEW ACCESS ROAD FROM DUBLIN ROAD, RETAINING WALLS WITH ASSOCIATED LANDSCAPING AND OPEN SPACE.
2. HOT FOOD RESTAURANT WITH ASSOCIATED CAR PARKING AND NEW ACCESS ROAD FROM
DUBLIN ROAD.
3. APARTMENT DEVELOPMENT COMPRISING 21 APARTMENTS AND 30 CAR PARKING SPACES
WITH ASSOCIATED LANDSCAPING AND OPEN SPACE.
LOCATION OF PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT:

A public exhibition will take place on Wednesday 19th September 2018 between 5pm and 8pm at the Westville Hotel, 14-20 Tempo Road, Enniskillen, BT74 6HR.

This notice does not relate to a planning application. Comments should not be made to Fermanagh and Omagh District Council. Any comments made to the prospective applicant are not representations to the planning authority. If a planning application is subsequently submitted to Fermanagh and Omagh Council, normal neighbour notification and publicity will be undertaken at that time and you will have the opportunity to make formal representation regarding the proposal at that time.
