Notice is hereby given that any person having a claim against or an interest in the Estate of Brenda Storey late of Pie Powder Cottage 4 High Mill Cottages, Gargrave, Skipton BD23 3NN, who died on the 19th day of April 2018 and whose Will was proved in the Leeds District Probate Registry on the 3rd day of September 2018, by Christopher Charles Jackson and Justin Rupert Birch two of the Executors named in the said will is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his claim or interest to the undersigned Solicitors for the said Executors on or before the 14th day of November 2018 after which date Executors will proceed to distribute the assets of the said Deceased amongst the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interests of which they shall then have had notice.
