An application for a new premises licence has been made by Stuart Splaine Ltd for the premises known as The Mill, 84 Market Street, Atherton, Manchester M46 0DP The Application seeks to apply to Wigan Council for the proposed licensable activities : Regulated Entertainment / Opening Hours: Mon - Weds 12:00 - 23:30 Thurs 12:00 - 00:00 Fri - Sat 12:00 - 01:00 Sun 12:00 - 00:00 New Year’s Eve 12:00 - 02:00 Sale of Alcohol (on the premises): Mon - Weds 12:00 - 23:00 Thurs 12:00 - 23:30 Fri - Sat 12.00 - 00:30 Sun 12:00 - 23:30 New Year’s Eve 12:00 - 01:30 Full details of the Application may be inspected at the Licensing Section, Wigan Life Centre, College Avenue, Wigan, WN1 1NJ between the hours of 9.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. Monday to Friday inclusive. Brief details can also be obtained from the Council’s website. Any person or responsible authority may make representations about the application no later than 8.10.2018. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a Level 5 fine on the standard scale.
