Notice is hereby given that I, Groove Pad Ltd, have made an application under section 17 of part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003 for the grant of a premises licence for the premises at, 9 Orchard Gate Otley, LS21 3NX. I intend to conduct the following licensable activities on or from the premises: Sale of alcohol and late-night refreshment. Monday to Sunday 09:00 to 00:00. Regulated Entertainment by way of Live Music from 19:00 to 00:00 Monday to Saturday, Sunday 11:00 to 16:00 and 19:00 to 00:00.
