LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE PREMISES: Courtyard By Marriott Oxford South, 6 Milton Gate, Milton, Abingdon OX14 4TX.

Notice is given that Reef Estates Hotels Ltd has applied to Vale of White Horse District Council for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003. The proposed licensable activities are:
1. The sale of alcohol and regulated entertainment from 07.00 to 02.00 daily; and
2. The provision of late night refreshment from 23.00 to 02.00 daily.

The sale of alcohol and the provision of late night refreshment unrestricted for hotel residents and their bona fide guests.

Representations must be received by 8 October 2018. The register of Licensing Applications can be inspected by appointment or at www.whitehorsedc.gov.uk.

It is an offence on summary conviction to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is unlimited.
