Notice is hereby given that on 30th August 2018 a petiti on was presented to Glasgow Sheriff Court on behalf of Marco Mario Arcari craving the Court inter alia to per­mit the Petitioner in the period of 5 years from 19th December 2017 to

(a) be a director of La Vita Gordon Street Limited trading with the names "La Vita" or "La Vita Pizzeria",

(b) in any way, whether directly or indirectly, be concerned or take part in the promotion,formation or management of La Vita Gordon Street Limited; or

(c) in any way, whether directly or indirectly, be concerned or take part in the car­rying on of the business carried on by La Vita Gordon Street Limited under the names "La Vita" or "La Vita Pizzeria"; i n which Petition the Sheriff of Glasgow and Strathkelvin at Glasgow by Interlocutor dated 5th September 2018 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers within eight days after inti­mation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
