ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14 (1)
Temporary Road Closure Amyand Park Road, Twickenham

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate essential works at St Margarets Station, they intend to make a Temporary Traffic Order to restrict traffic in Amyand Park Road, Twickenham.
2. Whilst the works take place,
(a) no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in Amyand Park Road between its junctions with St Margarets Road and Beaconsfield Road;
(b) no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to wait or stand in Amyand Park Road between its junctions with St Margarets Road and Bridle Lane.
3. An alternative route for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Beaconsfield Road and St Margarets Road. Access to Bridle Lane will be maintained from the south-western end of Amyand Park Road.
4. The order will come into effect on 29 September 2018. The restrictions will be in force from 00.01 on 29 September 2018 until 02.00 on 1 October 2018 and again from 00.01 on 13 October 2018 until 02.00 on 15 October 2018. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
5. Nothing in this Notice will apply to:
(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works;
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or
(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.
6. The prohibitions will apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.
7. Any vehicle waiting in contravention of any restriction imposed by the Notice may be removed under the provisions of the Removal and Disposal of Vehicles Regulations 1986.

2. Whilst the works take place, no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to wait or stand in Hampton Road between a point outside No. 86 Hampton Road and a point outside No 124 Hampton Road.
3. The order will come into effect on 17 September 2018. The restrictions will be in force between at all times from 17 September 2018 until 28 September 2018. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
4. Nothing in this Notice will apply to:
(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works;
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or
(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.

Temporary Parking Suspension Edwin Road and Norcutt Road, Twickenham

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate water pipe replacement works, they have made a Temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which is to introduce a parking suspension in Norcutt Road and Edwin Road, Twickenham.
2. Whilst the works take place, no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to wait or stand in the following lengths of street: -
(a) Norcutt Road, Twickenham - the works will be carried out on a rolling basis and the restrictions will only apply at such times and to such an extent as indicated by signs/cones;
(b) Edwin Road, the 2 parking bays outside No. 71 Edwin Road.
3. The Order will come into effect on 10 September2018. The restrictions will be in force at all times from 10 September 2018 until 5 October 2018. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
4. Nothing in this Notice will apply to:
(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works;
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or
(c) any vehicle being used for police, fire brigade or ambulance purposes.

1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate basement construction works, they have made a Temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which is to introduce a parking suspension in Ranelagh Avenue, Barnes
2. Whilst the works take place, no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to wait or stand in the 2 permit parking bays sited outside No. 15 Ranelagh Avenue, Barnes.
3. The Order will come into effect on 10 September2018. The restrictions will be in force at all times from 10 September 2018 until 2 August 2019. The order will remain in force for a period of 18 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
4. Nothing in this Notice will apply to:
(a) any vehicle being used in connection with the execution of the said works;
(b) anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police officer in uniform or a civil enforcement officer; or

Temporary Footpath Closure Public Right of Way No 236 Linking Kneller Road and Whitton Dene
(Reference 18/182)
1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames HEREBY GIVES NOTICE that to facilitate various improvement works they intend to make a temporary Traffic Order, the effect of which will be to introduce a footpath closure of PRW 236 which links Kneller Road with Whitton Dene.
2. Whilst the works take place, no person may proceed in that length of PRW 236 which links Kneller Road and Whitton Dene. The works will be carried out in 2 phases.
3. Whilst the closure is in effect, a signed alternative route for pedestrians will be available via adjacent streets.
4. The order will come into effect on 17 September 2018. The works are anticipated to be in progress from 17 September 2018 until 20 September 2018. The second phase of works will be undertaken sometime during March 2019 The provisions of the order will be
in force at all times where relevant signs are placed. The order will remain in force for a period of 6 months, to allow for unexpected events and possible remedial works.
5. The prohibitions apply only during such time and to such extent as indicated by prescribed traffic signs.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 16A
THE LONDON BOROUGH OF RICHMOND UPON THAMES (SPECIAL EVENTS) (VARIOUS STREET PARTIES) (NO. 6) ORDER 2018 Thornton Road, East Sheen
(Reference 18/180)
1. The Council of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames on the 3 September 2018 made the above Order under section 16A of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.
2. The general effect of this Order is to facilitate the holding of a street party in Thornton Road, East Sheen to allow residents to celebrate a special event within their community.
3. The street which will be closed is listed in the Schedule to this notice. Full details of the lengths of street which will be closed and times when the closure will be in force will be contained in the order referred to in the next paragraph.
4. Copies of the Order: -
(a) can be inspected until 31 December 2018, quoting Reference 18/180 at the Civic Centre (Central Reception, ground floor), 44 York Street, Twickenham between 9.15am and 5pm on Mondays to Fridays, except for Bank and other public holidays; and

2. Whilst the works take place,
