LICENSING ACT 2003: New Grant Premises Licence

Notice is given that Borehamwood Catering Limited applied to Hertsmere Borough Council on 28 August 2018 for the new grant of a premises licence to use the premises known as Pizoyo, 33-35 Shenley Road, Borehamwood, Hertfordshire WD6 IAE for the provision of: (I) Sale of Alcohol: Mon to Sat 08:00-22:30, Sun 09:00-22:30; and (2) on such other terms and conditions as set out in the application papers. Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his/her representation by 25th September 2018 stating the grounds for making said representation to: The Licensing Team, Hertsmere Borough Council, Civic Offices, Elstree Way, Borehamwood, Hertfordshire WD6 IWA. The public register where applications are available to be viewed by members of the public can be accessed online by visiting at www.hertsmere.gov.uk and following the links. The Licensing Authority must receive representations by the date given above. The Licensing Authority will have regard to any such representation in considering the application.
