Description of development Demolition of a single-storey temporary structure and garages. Description of Highway to be stopped up (All measurements given are approximate) The highway to be stopped up is in the London Borough of Croydon and is shown shaded yellow and cross hatched in red on the Plan reference 765/ CJG/001 and comprises of a regular semi-circular shaped area of all-purpose highway measuring 9.00 metres by 3.00 metres adjacent to No 5 Mailing Close. (Total area to be stopped up 27.00 square metres)
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT, 1984, SECTION 14 AS AMENDED THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991 AND ALL OTHER ENABLING POWERS
DAGNALL PARK, SOUTH NORWOOD
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC
1. Croydon Council, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate a bridge examination, they intend to make an Order the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit vehicular traffic movements in Dagnall Park, Croydon.

2. Whilst the said works are taking place no person shall cause any vehicle to proceed in Dagnall Park, between its junctions with Saxon Road and Newhaven Road.

3. Whilst the Order remains in force access will be maintained for emergency service vehicles and vehicles involved in carrying out the works.

4. The Order will come into operation on 04 October 2018 and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out in 1 day. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT, 1984, SECTION 14 AS AMENDED THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991 AND ALL OTHER ENABLING POWERS
HOMER ROAD, CROYDON
TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate works to install a street cabinet and power connection they intend to make an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict vehicular traffic movements in Homer Road.

2. Whilst the said works are taking place Homer Road will be closed at its junction with Gladeside.

3. Whilst the Order remains in force the alternative route for traffic affected by the closure will be via Gladeside, Brookside Way, The Glade and Homer Road, as appropriately signed.

4. These restrictions shall not apply in respect of:

(a) a vehicle being used to carry out the said works;

(b) a vehicle being used for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes;

(c) anything done with the permission of a police constable in uniform or a Civil Enforcement Officer.

5. The Order will come into operation on 24 September 2018 and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out within five days between 8am and 6pm. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.

INNES YARD, CROYDON
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate a new water connection, they intend to make an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily prohibit vehicular traffic movements in Innes Yard, Croydon.

2. Whilst the said works are taking place no person shall cause any vehicle to proceed in Innes Yard, at its junction with Whitgift Street.

3. The Order will come into operation on 17 October 2018 and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out in 3 days. However, the Order will remain In force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.

4. The prohibitions will only apply during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs.
(Essential access will be maintained whilst the works proceed)

TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC
1. Croydon Council, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate sewer repair works on behalf of Thames Water, they intend to make an Order the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit vehicular traffic movements in Norbury Court Road.

2. Whilst the said works are taking place, Norbury Court Road will be closed outside no.69.

3. Whilst the Order remains in force access will be maintained for emergency service vehicles and vehicles involved in carrying out the works.

4. The Order will come into operation on 05 November 2018 and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out in 11 days. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required.

TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF VEHICULAR TRAFFIC
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that to facilitate a new water connection, they intend to make an Order the effect of which would be to temporarily prohibit vehicular traffic movements in Oakfield Road, Croydon.

2. Whilst the said works are taking place, Oakfield Road will be closed outside No. 4.

3. Whilst the closure remains in force the alternative route for diverted traffic will be via Lennard Road as appropriately signed.

4. The Order will come into operation on 24 September 2018 and it is anticipated that the works will be carried out in 5 days. However, the Order will remain in force for 18 months to be reintroduced should further works be required. The prohibitions will only apply during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs.
