Hie LGSCO has issued a report following its investigation of a complaint against Lancashire County Council (LCC) Blue Badge services. The Ombudsman found fault on the part of the Council, and this caused injustice to the complainant. LCC has agreed to take action which the Ombudsman regards as providing a satisfactory remedy. A meeting of Full Council will also consider the report and council actions. I Copies of the report are available for public inspection during normal office

hours at County Hall, Preston for three weeks starling on 6 September.
