Notice of application to vary a Premises Licence under Section 34 of Hie Licensing Act 2003

Notice Is hereby given mat Stonegate Pub Company limited in respect of Premises Known as Reflex §> The Bephant & Castle, 4-10 Deansgate, Bolton, BLI IBS applied to Bolton Council for a variation of a Premises LicenceThe proposed variation is: I. To extend the terminal hour for films, indoor sporting events, live music, performance of dance, late night refreshment, and sale of alcohol to 0300 hours the fdlcwing day Monday to Wednesday. 2. To extend the opening hours to allow the premises to dose to 03:30 me following day Monday to Wednesday. 3. To extend the start time for opening hours to sort from 07:00 hours Monday to Sunday (including standard and non-standard timings) to allow for breakfast opening. (No change to start time for Ikensable activities). 4. To remove outdated narrative/ conditions on the Premises Licence. (See appfkation for full details). Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing Administration, Bolton Metropolitan Borough Council, Regulatory Services, Ground Root; Town Hall, Victoria Square, Bdtorv BLI IRU, no later than 25 September 2018 stating the grounds for representation. The register of Bolton Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business nours or on the council's website - ww.bolton.gov.uk ft is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited line on conviction should such a false statement be made.
