Notice is hereby given that on 27 August 2018, a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Glasgow by AIA Real Estate Ltd, 1st Floor, 153 Queen Street, Glasgow, G1 3BJ (Company Number SC420013) craving the court inter alia that Luiz Limited, having their Registered Office at Unit 5, 168 Ingram Street, Glasgow, United Kingdom, G1 1DN (“the Company”) be wound up by the court and that Kenneth Le May, Insolvency Practitioner of KLM, 1st Floor, 153 Queen Street, Glasgow, G1 3BJ be appointed as Interim Liquidator of the Company; in which Petition the Sheriff at Glasgow by Interlocutor of 29 August 2018 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow within 8 days after intimation service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
