NOTICE IS GIVEN that the partnership formerly subsisting between us the undersigned Christopher Pomfrey and Atwell Martin (Holdings) Limited carrying on business as an Estate Agency at 6 Bank Row, Church Street, Calne, Wiltshire, SN11 0SG and 56-57 Godwin Court, Old Town, Swindon, SN11 4BB under the name of Atwell Martin Wiltshire has been dissolved by mutual consent as from 31st March 2018 and that all debts due to and owing by the late firm will be received and paid by the Atwell Martin Holdings Limited who will continue to carry on the business trading as Atwell Martin.
