LICENCES FOR SPECIAL TREATMENT PUBLIC NOTICE
Within seven days of applying for a licence a notice must be published in a local newspaper which circulates in the locality in which the premises are situated. Within fourteen days of the application being made one copy of the complete newspaper must be sent to the Licensing Service.

Anyone wishing to oppose the application must give notice in writing to the Licensing Officer. Neighbourhoods S Commercial Services, Licensing Service, Migistrites Building, 1 Fsrnan Avenue, Walthamstow, London, E17 4NX WITHIN 21 DAYS OF PUBLICATION specifying the grounds of opposition.
Persons objecting to the grant of a licence must be prepared to attend in person before a Committee of the Council.
