FORVARIATION OFA PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that Star Pubs & Bars Limited intends to apply for a variation of a Premises Licence in respect of premises known as the Great Western, Pound Pill, Corsham, Wiltshire SN13 9JA.The variation proposed is as follows:- Application is made

to amend the Licensing plan in accordance with drawing number

7559-13 dated 1 August 2018. A

copy of the Application can be inspected at the offices of Wiltshire Council Public Protection Services and Licensing,

Monkton Park, Chippenham SN15 1ER www.wiltshire.gov.uk during

normal office hours. This applica-tion was lodged with Wiltshire

Council on 22/08/2018 and any

representations must be made in

writing to Wiltshire Council at the above address by 19/09/2018. It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to make a false statement in or in connec-tion with this application. Those who make a false statement may be liable on summary conviction to a fine ofany amount.
