Notice is here given that Hawkshead Brewery Ltd has applied to South Lakeland District Council Licensing Authority for a ^riation of its Premises Licence pursuant to S.34 of the Licensing Act 2003 for Hawkshead Brewery, Mill Yard, Staveley, Kendal, Cumbria, LAS 9LR, In summary the application is for approval of alterations to the premises licence to include an extension of the premises demise and accordingly for approval of amended premises licence plans to reflect the proposed changes. Furthermore the application requests the removal of all existing premises licence conditions to be replaced with new condtions as set out in the application.
