Notice is hereby given that Hawkshead Brewery Ltd has applied to South Lakeland District Council Licensing Authority for a New Premises Licence pursuant to S. 17 of the Licensing Act 2003 for Hawkshead 2, Willow Lane, Flookburgh, LAI I 7LS. In summary the application is for a Premises Licence to permit the provision of licensable activities to include the Sale/supply of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises and opening hours of the premises from 09:00am to 21:00pm Monday to Sunday. A register of licens­ing applications is held by the Licensing Authority and can be inspected during normal office hours at South Lakeland District Council, South Lakeland House, Lowther Street, Kendal, Cumbria, LA9 4DQ details can also be found at www.southlakeland.gov.uk Any person who wishes to raise a representation/submit comments to this application may do so by giving notice in writing to the Licensing Authority at the address shown above, giving in detail grounds of representation/objection on or before 18th September 2018.
