Herefordshire Council Notice of Making

The County of Herefordshire District Council, known as Herefordshire Council, made the HEREFORDSHIRE COUNCIL PUBLIC FOOTPATH WK9, WACTON (TEMPORARY CLOSURE) ORDER 2018 temporarily closing the said footpath at OS Grid References SO 6272, 5784 and SO 6276, 5787. The closure is required because of two damaged footbridges. There is no alternative route.

A copy of the order and plan may be seen on the Council's website www.herefordshire.gov.uk The Order came into operation on 31 August 2018 and will continue in force for a period not exceeding six months (unless extended by the Secretary of State) or until any said works have been completed, (whichever is the earlier), or until determined by Herefordshire Council.
