(Vale of Glamorgan Council) for the variation of a Premises Licence at Penarth Road CF11 8TW known as
Vale Sports Arena
The application is to vary the Licence
Provision of plays, films, indoor sporting events, boxing or wrestling entertainments, performances of dance 10:00 – 01:00 Mon – Sun
Provision of live music, recorded music, anything of a similar description 10:00 – 03:00 Mon – Sun
Provision of late night refreshment23:00 – 03:00 Mon – Sun
Supply of alcohol 09:00 – 03:00 Mon – Sun
Hours premises are open to the public 09:00 – 03:30 Mon – Sun

Any persons wishing to make representations to this application may do so in writing to the Licensing Department, vale of Glamorgan Council Civic Offices, Holton Road, Barry, CF63 4RU, not later than 28 days after the date of this notice.
Representations received after this date will not be considered. A copy of the application can be viewed at the civic offices during normal office hours. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5000.
