Notice is hereby given that on 24th July 2018 a petition was presented to Glasgow Sheriff Court on behalf of Neil Duncan Grant Ritchie craving the Court inter alia to permit the Petitioner in the period of 5 years from 15th February 2018 to (a) be a director of Inco Marketing Limited trading with the name "Inco Marketing", (b) in any way, whether directly or indirectly, be concerned or or management of Inco Market ng Limited; or (c) in any way, whether directly or indirectly be concerned or take part n the carry ng on of the business carried on by Inco Marketng L m ted under the names "Inco Marketing"; in which Petition the Sheriff of Glasgow and Strathkelvin at Glasgow by Interlocutor dated 27th July 2018 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers within eight days after intimation, service or addvertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
